Earlier this month, we announced our support for Kubernetes, the open-source container orchestration system by Google. Kubernetes has an exceptional amount of momentum and possibility, which is why we’re so dedicated to being an active member of the community along with other great companies including CoreOS, IBM, Kismatic, and Red Hat.
One way we’re showing our dedication is that we’ve helped edit (and are now hosting) all 45 presentation videos from KubeCon EU 2016, which we sponsored and spoke at this month. Highlights include the KubeCon opening keynote from Google’s Kelsey Hightower, the “State of the Union” of Kubernetes by Google’s David Aronchick, a talk on “rktnetes” from CoreOS’s Jonathan Boulle, and Apprenda CEO Sinclair Schuller’s talk on orchestrating cloud-native and traditional application architectures.
But that’s not all. To show how excited we are about Kubernetes, we’ve also created an up-to-date infographic that sums up some of the biggest indicators of its momentum, including how active it has become on GitHub and Stack Overflow.
