Sinclair Schuller, Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder
Before co-founding Apprenda, Sinclair held positions at Morgan Stanley, Eden Communications, and the State University of New York (SUNY). Sinclair holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics with a Minor in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Sinclair excels in understanding the economics of SaaS platforms and ecosystems, and he was a keynote panelist on the topic at SaaSCon 2007.
Abraham Sultan, Vice President of Engineering, Co-founder
Abraham focuses on coordinating engineering efforts and making technology choices. Previously, Abraham worked at SaaS vendor Informz and held a role as Director of Java Development at Eden Communications. Prior to that, he worked at SUNY as a lead engineer on a finance application that supported 40,000 users distributed across approximately 50 SUNY campuses. Abraham holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Matt Ammerman, Vice President of Security & Infrastructure, Co-founder
Matt manages and plans security and infrastructure requirements for SaaSGrid. Previously, he held the role of Eden Communication's Web Specialist where he managed and expanded the company's web based marketing strategy. Matt has significant experience coordinating large voice and data network rollouts for enterprise customers. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from the State University of New York.

Jon Stillman, High Peaks Venture Partners
As a Venture Partner at High Peaks Venture Partners, Jon brings over 20 years of experience in executive technology management. In addition to his role at High Peaks, Jon is Managing Director of Assembla, Inc., an early stage software company focused on bringing the advantages of collaborative open source models to specific vertical industries. Previously, Jon founded and led Half Moon Ventures, where he provided strategic consulting services, interim executive management, and technical due diligence in support of investments and acquisitions. Jon also spent over 14 years at GE’s Global Research Center in roles including original research (in distributed information management, collaboration, and temporal reasoning), leading teams to bring advanced software ideas to practical and profitable application, and providing technology and strategic due diligence for acquisition, partnering, and investment candidates.
Michael Seckler
Michael Seckler joined Apprenda's Board of Directors in 2008. Seckler was the co-founder of Employease, a pioneer in software as a service business solutions. Seckler was instrumental in growing the company 36 straight quarters before being acquired by ADP in 2006. Seckler then served as Division Vice President at ADP Employease, leading a team of over 600 talented associates to build ADP Employease into ADP's fastest growing business.
